Been connecting with this password to my isp for some time. Now they had a problem with their authentication server, it resulted in me getting a incorrect username/password notification (error 691) this was caused because the request from my pc timed out. Now my username and password dont work anymore im getting the 691 error every time. When i use the same username/password on another pc i can log in no problem. I asked the ISP whats up they tried some things with me, they changed my password on their server and i could log in with the new password no problem. When they changed it back to my original password i again could not log back on. I would like to use my old password though, and the only solution they can give me is to create a new user, but i dont have any users on my pc. Is there any other way to flush the saved wrong username/password combinations from my pc so that i can keep using it ?
