Diagonal Lines in 3D games

I got some transparents or black diagonal lines on some of the textures in my 3D games ! I'm experiencing this in WinXP, WinME and Win98 so its not a Windows' problem ! I also tried removing every cards of my system except my video card. I also changed it from a GF2 to a RADEON 8500 and the problem is still there !? What can cause those lines ??? All my drivers are up to date; my bios also !
