In Device Manager, under Other Devices, I have a "device" called WJ7Y068000286. I looked at the properties for it and it says the Location is "on NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000". I'm not sure what this is and was wondering if anyone else could help? I tried uninstalling it but it comes back after re-boot. And ideas?

The device is part of your nvidia graphics card...I believe it to be the TV out device that is installed on that card. If you don't need it then disable it and don't uninstall it or it will just keep returning after each boot...or just update the driver files and it will reinstall the newest drivers for it.
