Hi im running windows xp and am unable to access device manager or any of my adminstrative tools. Also certain selections in control panel. I ran a spyware program and saw a kgb key logger but it scanned to fast and I couldnt see the registry entry but the program didnt identify it as suspicous either. Any advice.
