First off, what device is causeing this problem, and do you know what other device is conflicting with this one??

Sorry, do not know which driver other than a device driver (according to the MS On-line crash analysis tool). Nothing appears to be in conflict when I look at the device manager. I'm suspicious of a virus/spyware but not sure.
