i wanted a general opinion on which drivers i should use for best looks/preformence the detonator 32.xx or 42.xx should i d/l DX9? and which set would work best with that.
i have been noticing some problems with the 40.xx series when playing counter strike (see threw walls clipping ect. with the new 40.xx) i didnt know if there was a fix in the new 42.02 or a quick fix out there ( i have heard it has to do with the refresh rate in win xp pro.) so basicly what DX and what drivers should i use im running a geforce 3 ti200 64DDR (over clocked 200/450) amd xp 2100 256DDR333 any suggestions or ideas on what would be best thanks for your time

Definitly the newest detonators. They run much better and with less glitches for new games (especially UT2003). You dont NEED DX9, as most of the features you can only access with the 9700 Pro and soon GF-FX. Some cool CG effects can be done with DX9 (though, IMHO - they dont look that great) so new games are going to take advantage of that, example: GunMetal. I would get DX9, its stable and guarantees you get the most bang for your hard earned dollar (ah, infomericals)
