I have downloaded spybot, trojan hunter etc and while i have the url for the infected files that it scanned i cant get rid of them or dont know how to utilize the trojanhunter correctly once it finds the viruses. Norton does nothing and i tried their response to it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! Internet optimizer system wont delete it says access denied....HELP!

A lot of times, you have to remove viruses in safe mode... it would be wise to go into safe mode and run your NAV

I have done that. I have turned off system restore, i ran norton in safe mode and did all the deletes i could on my registry... still didnt work... this is killing me, i mean im a bit computer ignorant and ive wasted about 5 hours on this... any other suggestions. its so appreciated!!!!!!!!

http://www.trojanscan.com/

I gives you the option of getting rid of the trojan when it finds it. Good luck.
