Desktop Tab Issues

If i got to desktop properties and click on the Desktop tab the whole window closes. I can go to all the other tabs Screen Saver, Appearance, etc. I have scanned for viruses multiple times with no success and my virus definitions are up to date. If anyone can help please do.

That kinda fixed it i think. Now it only closes if i click on certain images in the list that you can choose for you backgrounds. Thanks for that file.
