www.wincustomize.com
I unzipped the file, but when I tried to open it, my computer prompted a message saying id does not recognize .desktop files.

From that website:
"DesktopX themes are single files that when applied by DesktopX can totally change the way your Windows desktop looks and feels. You can use these to create entirely new desktop environments. They're easy to use and can be turned off with a couple of clicks if you don't like one."
You need to download the DesktopX application in order to apply the theme.
