Desktop display tab missing!

Ok i'm running windows XP pro, and just recently I have been unable to change my destop wallpaper. This is because the actual tab for "Desktop" in the display properties dialog box is GONE.
I've got no idea why this has happened, but I have run Tweak XP - but I don't recall it ever changing anything to do with this dialog box.
Any suggestions as to how this happened, and how I can get my Desktop tab back?

undo whatever you did to cause it to disapear! check ALL of the tweak options. I haven't played around with it much, so don't know it inside out, or where these options may reside, but if it only happened after you messed with some features, then guarenteed, the problem lies in one of those tweak check boxes.
