One last one for the night guys.

My Display Properties>>>Appearance keeps defaulting back to "Windows Standard" everytime Windows restarts. I choose Maple and apply, My appearance changes to Maple. When the comp restarts I'm mysteriously back to "Windows Standard". What's up with this? This changed after a Kaspersky virus scan/fix. Did it change a tick box somewhere? A reletively small problem, but still an annoyance. Any help or input is appreciated.

Thanks

Matt

Matt, SWAG, not positive. Set things as you like and then close using the option under 'file' as opposed to the handier 'X' in order to force Windows to 'remember'.

Ed,

I'm not sure what you mean. "SWAG"?

Also, under desktop display properties there is no "file" tab or "X".

Could you explain a bit more.

Thanks.
