The fact you got your XPS410 only 4 months ago is irrelevant since it wasn't new and is no longer under Dell warranty. You begin diagnosing these issues with the powersupply. Yours may have failed. Your CPU fan may have failed. Your CPU itself may have failed. An attached peripheral device such as harddrive or optic drive may have failed. Disconnect power. Open the case. Disconnect molex power cables to all drives. Take out all but 1 stick of ram. Leave only motherboard, CPU & fan, Graphics & Keyboard. Now connect power and try startup. Do any fans spin? Any display? If not the PSU is likely culprit. If you can boot up in barebones configuration then the problem is with one of the peripheral devices or it's motherboard connector.
