dell won't boot to windows

dell 2400 dell page comes up on boot but everything stops after that point, bios test shows dst hard drive ok check of windows disk drivers shows all 20 at multi(0)disk, (0) r disk(0)partition (2)\windows\ is my system fried, put in windows recovery disk will not read to reload

when in windows advanced options menu and i click on safe mode it gives the messages on 20 drives sytem 32 as 0 disk 0 rdisk 0 partition 2 windows

I do not know why you are giving me such information.
I gave you a link to download a program that will test your RAM memory. Windows needs to load in the RAM memory in order for Windows to work. I your RAM memory is bad then you get no Windows.
