Specs: Windows 7
I have a Dell install disk from an old Dell computer and a new motherboard and CPU, it inatalled fine, but I can not go online to register or activate

Windows. I'm down to 10 days now. Will it stop working? Networking is not recognized to set it up. I think new drivers are needed but I can't go

online to retrieve them. I also first tried my other disk with service pack 2, same outcome.

This a quad boot w/ linux, win7 pro 32 bit, win7 64 bit home, win xp pro 32 bit.
Windows xp pro service pack 3 on disk.

Any help is appreciated.

Go to Dell's site with another computer, download the drivers and put them on a flash drive.

Do you get the option to activate by phone?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Is this a Dell MOBO? If not, you'll first need to identify the network card, then you can download and install the driver for that. At that point, you can go online and get the remaining drivers.

Start by checking Device Manager in Windows.
