when i log in to windows my desktop wont load and the ctrl+alt+del wont work either it just shows the background and a error box comes up and says that spoolsv.exe caused the memory from being written

well i tried to do what ya said but the F6 key just did not work but F8 did, but when i go into safe mode the desktop does not load and i cant right or left click the desktop and theres not start button and the only resource i have available is command prompt in safe mode

Do you have your Windows XP CD? If so, make sure your CD drive is the first in your boot priority and hit Enter to install Windows. The next screen that comes up saying to either Install Windows without repairing press Esc or Press R to reinstall Windows, press R so you don't lose any of your data
