I have a Dell Dimension 3000 and its about 8 months old. It was starting to get slow so I decided to use the Dell PC Restore to restore my computer to when I bought it. My Question is Does Dell PC Restore Reformat your Hard Drive? Because In My Music folder and My Documents Folder, all of my stuff is still there from before. Would I be better off just to reformat and reinstall with my xp cd?

You had better start to learn how to make regular backups of your personal data.
Back up now, avoid heartache later.

The Dell PC Restore you speak of...did you envoke it by restarting the PC and on the quick flash of the Dell.com screen press Alt+F11 or by some other means?
The above mentioned will wipe anything that was there before running it and placing it back to the factory settings.
