Ok, trying to install xp from the boot disk. Deleted the previous partition and about halfway through installation blue screen comes in saying..

STOP: C0000135 {Unalbe to Locate Component}
This application has fialed to start because KERNEL32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Tried repairing the partition and same blue screen came up. Is my disc bad or what? Thanks.

Boot DisK is a bootable floppy diskette.

Is that what you are trying to use?
