Dell laptop booting into empty partition.

Specs: WinXP Pro SP3
Hey, I need help with my Dell Latitude D410 laptop.
After creating a FAT32 partition to install Win95 to, I rebooted my laptop (automatic updates pestered me), thinking it would boot into WinXP. Instead, the laptop booted into my blank FAT32 partition, and now there is no way to get back into WinXP.
I desperately need to boot back into XP. Please help.
