uhh..when i start my computer (those of u with dells kno wut im talkin bout) before teh windows screen loads..theres a screen that says DELL..with a white bar in the middle..and says BIOS something something under it..my white bar stops about 1/4 of the way and i cant continue it happens 9 outta 10 times..pretty bad wut shud i do

It's a DEL! Junk It! Everything they make is so proprietary and can't be handled like a normal unit. Call them - send it back - build your own.

Had a friend with a Dell. Didn't touch it as she had NT, don't know too much about Windows NT, but her customer service dept. of Dell told her Dell's have a "build in" security thing that if a virus is trying to load, and hers was the last worm they had, it will not come up, it is the Dell "security feature". Dell's Customer Service Dept. Walked her through it fine!!!!!
