I have a Dell dimension 3000 that's missing the Ethernet pci controllers, it shows in the device manager with a question mark:

Ethernet controller
pci simple communications controller

I'm trying to get my new modem setup and computer is missing the drivers..Help..

Go to the link below and enter your service tag number. Then download ALL the drivers for your computer. Burn them to disk.

Correct, I have two dell computers with the same problem..

Intel (R) PRO/100 VE Network driver was the driver the 3000 needed.. The old Optiplex i still can't figure out
