Dell dimension 4700

CPU/Ram: P4 2.8 1gb ram

When I boot I get the Windows XP screen that it's loading, I then get another Xp screen that says "Windows is being restarted", after that I get a black screen with a mouse pointer, and that's as far as it gets..

Try safe mode. Then try system restore point.

See also event viewer for clues as to why it is doing this. Some services failing can do that.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.

It doesn't even give me that option, I power it on, Windows XP starts to load, then goes to the blue screen that says Windows is being restarted, they I get the black screen with the arrow pointer....
