Ok, first thanks for all your help.
I took the battery out for about 10 minutes, put it back in and booted the computer. I got a low battery voltage message and then I got into the setup menu. The time, obviously back to 2001 and my HD and CD are still not noticed by BIOS. I'm guessing the default BIOS setting do not work. Is there any way I can get which BIOS settings this computer runs? Possibly from Dell.com? any1?

Here is what it looks like right now:

Change the battery and clear the CMOS via jumpers instead.
