I can get a good preview scan, but when I try to scan to Microsoft Word, I get only half the page scanned. I can scan photos perfectly; just not texts. Any help?

James Parker, the fact that you can get ANY scan completely says the scanner's O.K. and your problem is somewhere else. Take a close look at your settings. HTH. Ed in Texas.
