Dell 720 Printer Cartridges

I've seen these Dell cartridges on Ebay but they are all the trial version that comes with the printer, does anybody know if these trial versions contain less ink than the regular version?

The trial version is a smaller cartridge. I've seen full size cartridges on there too. Check the price on Dells' site first so if you bid, you don't pay too much.

Thanks, I'll keep a look out for full sized cartridges (there aren't any on Ebay right now), at least I know there are some out there.
