Deleting viruses or unneeded files

I was wondering if anyone knew if there's a scan or something i can do that will show all the files on my computer then tell me which ones are possibley viruses or which ones are not necessary

Best solution to that is a good working antivirus program. Why work backwards like this, the odds of doing more damge and makiing your system unbootable are on your approach!
