I cannot get rid of a game patch .exe. It says (cannot delete mohaas_patch_211_to_215: It is being used by another person or program. close any programs that might be using the file and try again) I have removed/uninstalled everything I can possibly think of that would use this exe. I have even tried command promt, no help. It will not go away. pls help.

The file is probably still running a process. So you must first end the process itself before you can delete the file. you could also delete it from commamnd prompt. I think the command is del c:\path\to\file.exe
