I cannot get rid of a game patch .exe. It says (cannot delete mohaas_patch_211_to_215: It is being used by another person or program. close any programs that might be using the file and try again) I have removed/uninstalled everything I can possibly think of that would use this exe. I have even tried command promt, no help. It will not go away. pls help.

The file is probably still running a process. So you must first end the process itself before you can delete the file.
Here's how 2: 1> Start TaskManager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) 2> Go to the "Processes" tab 3> Locate the process with the same name as the file you wish to delete. 4> Right-click it -> End process
And now the fun part...
5> Go to the file and delete it.
