deleting saved passwords

We use internet explorer on a PC Vista at work. I entered my
passwords for various E-mail accounts and now whenever I
plug in my username the passwords pops up by themself
(I did not check 'save my password'. Please help!! Also, would
the answer be any differnt on an XP?

1. Click the Start button, select Programs or All Programs, then click Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools menu, then click Internet Options....
3. Click the Content tab.
4. In the Personal Information section, click the AutoComplete... button.
Windows Vista users: In the AutoComplete section click the Settings button.
5. In the Use AutoComplete for section, click the User names and passwords on forms box to clear it.

Note: Disabling this option also disables the Prompt Me to Save Passwords option.

6. In the Clear AutoComplete history section, click the Clear Forms button.
7. Click the OK button.
8. Click the Clear Passwords button.
9. Click the OK button.
10. Click the OK button.
11. Click the OK button.
12. Click the X button in the upper right to close the Internet Explorer window
