After deleting or uninstalling a program. With "regedit" I manually deleted any Remnant from that specific program; after restart, I checked in "regedit" and they back again.
I emptied the "recycle bin", I tried "Regcure" and "System Mechanic 7" too , with the same result.
Why regedit doesn't completely delete these files? any idea about how to Definitely disapear these files from the registry folder?4321

Regedit does not now, never has, and never will ever "delete a file", and deleting a key in Regedit does not now, never has.. oh, never mind... get the picture? No dog I know has ever successfully chased down it's tail
Consider that this approach may not be correct.
Now if you (however reluctantly) get a bit more specific about what your goal is, then maybe some gurus here can offer some concrete (reality-based) advice.

Some malware and virus entries set themselves up in an obscure registry key that upon startup of the PC will look to see if it's other keys exist or not and if not then it recreates them.
It is nearly impossible to discover the key which causes the action upon startup. The key will not contain any information that can lead an investigation to determine which one it is. That is the nature of 'malware' and/or virus (or viri?).
If you are referring to malware then a Google search or a search on a respected anti-virus maker's website may have info leading to the discovery of the offending key name.
Or even posting the available info onto http://computing.net/security/wwwbo... may help.

I deleted an Old version anydvd program, I'm buying the new hd anydvd, but before to buy it , I first download the trial, and it always tell me that "It is expired" . I run Norton antivirus, spybot-search and destroyed. I used "regcure" and "System Mechanic 7", I did it in "safe mode" too. in few words I apparently cleaned the system from any files, key or folder related to Anydvd. But still the same message.

Here's an easy way to clean it out safely:
Regcleaner

Look for all instances of that program and safely remove them. Also when you load up the NEW version, save it to a different directory. That way it will not reflect any of the old version.
