Deleting exe files help

In English: Help! I writed some text in a txt document. After that I changed the file to an exe file. Then I opened it. Now when I am trying to delete the file it stands that the file is used by another program and cant be deleted. The file is also used by the computor every second. How do i delete it.
In Swedish: Hjälp. Jag skrev ett txt dokument med några script kommandon sen gjorde jag om filen till en exe fil. Och sedan startade jag självklart upp den. Nu när jag försöker ta bort den så står det att filen används av ett annat program som måste stängas först (vilket jag inte vet vilket det är). På filens egenskaper står det också att filen används varje sekund. Kan någon vara snäll och hjälpa mig.
