How do I delete my cache folders in their entirety from Vista Premium?

you should not try to delete the folders just the contents. Windows needs the folders to restore data in so that your system performs at the optimum . Google for Ccleaner as it will clean all the temp files and history and it is free. Change Is Good http://www.citizenlink.org/Stopligh...
