Deleted system files

I was delete files to make space using reg cleaner and accidently deleted system files that opens all prorams other that recycle bin, My computer and thats it

I did that when I was younger. Killed my poor 386 laptop. =[

but hey its the 21st century and now I am a skilled XP User I like to think.

Mistakes are good. Its how we move on and upwards. =]

System restore, and your system should be fine.

Maybe it will maybe it won't - it all depends on what system files were deleted that rendered SR features inoperable.

I spoke with a tech he siad it sounds like i delected the executable files in the system 32 folder. if so what can i do about that
