deleted partion and can't get into

Ok, I think I did a mistake in deleting a partion. I had a dual boot. Windows 2000 Advance Server and Windows Xp Pro. I deleted the partion with Partion Magic 7. (and I didn't create a backup with Magic Partion)Anyway it told me I needed to activate a partion. So I used a boot disk from Windows ME and used fdisk to active the partion. And I did. But now it boots does its P.O.S.T. and that's it. I have a curser at the top left corner flashing. The partion I deleted was C. Now I have just D. Am I in DEEP POO POO?
