Unfortunately you are going to need to deploy a third party recovery tool at this point.

Depending upon what the files are worth to you, you can try the undelete tool from R Tools Tech, it is about $60 to purchase.

Thanks Sabertooth, went to the iolo site and downloaded the free version and although I am only allowed 3 files on this free one it did bring back my 3000+ songs so I have to buy it to get them all Thank You also to you PC-EMT I will try all and buy one whatever is the best Thanks ALL

If you want those files back you dont need to be installing ANYHTING on that HD. If you install (Or have installed) anything since the recycle bin purge) it will overwrite the sectors marked for delete. When you purge items from the bin, it only marks the space for delete/available for write BUT, if you then install a new program, it will overwrite the marked space thus really removing the files. If you use a third party tool, you need to take out your HD and boot to another/install the recovery tool and then connect the HD you are trying to get the files back on with a USB enclosure and use the program. Anyone that just told you to install a new program, probably just cost you your files. If the above isnt an option then your other option is to send the drive to a recovery company but, be ready to spend at least $1500 US for the service.

You don't want to use that machine for anything. Immediately remove the hard drive and install it as a slave on a different system. Then use whatever file recovery software that you can get your hands on to try and recover your files.
Do yourself a favor BACKUP!
