System restore.

Start/programs/Accessories/System tools/System restore

Or you can look in the Recycle Bin. They will probably be there.

If Sthe above 2 solutions dont work for you, then you can try installing a free data recoverytool.

Recover for all worked fine for me when I lost those precious jpegs
