I would like to know the easy way to clean up a corp edition of xp. I do not have the install disk to wipe it clean. I would like to delete all personal folders and files. This pc will be used by another member of the corp.

"I do not have the install disk to wipe it clean" The corp better hope it does not get audited.
The only way I could think is to check temp folders, my documents, and any programs that store files in their designated locations. Typically you will have excel, and word files. If you do a search for *.*.xls or *.*.doc, it may cue you in on folders the previous user made as well.We can fix this, but you're gonna need a butter knife, a roll of duct tape, and a car battery

Not sure if legalities are involved concerning the former users personal info on a machine. If there is lagalities, I would advise havibg the CD sent and perform a reformat and reinstallation. I remember once I received someone's former computer and it had their salary rate on it. I never reported it, but just deleted the file. That's what I'm referring to for legalities.

Simple, really.
Use the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel to get rid of programs they don't need. Delete the old users profile (right click My Computer > Properties > Advanced Tab > Settings button under User Profiles). Do a quick look at the contents of the drive and get rid of anything that doesn't belong.
Not sure what the difficulty is?
