Delete Device Manager Entry

CPU/Ram: 1.5GHz/256MHz

My integrated video went bad on my motherboard. I installed a new video card in a pci slot and disabled the onboard video in the device manager since it can't be disabled in the bios. Is there any way to delete it from being listed as disabled in the device manager so that only the new video card is listed? Thanks!

Doubt so if it is not disabled in BIOS.
