Hi Everyone,
Recently, I've started to get "Delayed write failed" Errors when I try to write Large files to my recently installed WD 160 Gig Hard Drive. I can copy over all the small files that I want, but when I try something big, I get the error popups, and windows stops being able to read what's on the drive. If I reboot at this point, everything appears normal on the drive... until I try to copy over the file again. I've noticed a lot of people seem to be having this problem, but I have yet to find a solution that works for me. I don't have an ATI vid card like many other people with this problem, so ATI Drivers aren't the culprit. My Harddrives are on a Highpoint 370 controller, not a VIA Controller, so no problem from that either. If I delete junk files from the drive, the problem goes away until the data on the drive gets close to about 60 gigs, and then it starts up again. CHKDSK and WD's drive testing software all came up clean. should I try reinstalling Windows, reformatting the drive, both? I'd rather not, but It's going to come to that If I can't fix this soon. Can someoen please help?

Have you checked your BIOS to make sure has large disk support? Are all 160GB accounted for in Windows?

Hey, sorry this rsponse took so long.
Yes to both questions. So does anyone have any Ideas?
