Go to command prompt and type chkdsk /r and they Y for yes and then reboot. Then try running defrag.

Try Defrag in Windows Safe-Mode.

Try this.
First open up a Command Prompt, this can be found at:
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

Change into your windows\system32 directory. Your windows directory will be either windows or winnt. Type:
cd \windows\system32

Register the defrag components, by typing:
regsvr32 dfrgsnap.dll
regsvr32 dfrgui.dll

At this stage, you may find the defragmenter works. If not, there is one more step you can do.

Using Windows Explorer browse to your windows\inf folder.
In there you will find a file called dfrg.inf right click this file, and select Install.

Thank you all for your help ! :-))
I didn't have to try everything because i tried what fooman said, chkdsk /r and after that my defragmentation worked again.
Even the rest of my Pc works better now :-))
Also my Gta San andreas work better !

I also believe the help from everyone else here works too, but it was not neccesary to try it.
Thank you all for helping me out on this one !
Thanks!
