defrag and IE

i am having trouble defrag'n my hd. it won't defrag 3 files, click the link to my homepage to view the file. can it be fixed, because i can't delete the files manually.
any help or points in the right direction appreciated!

if its in your temperary internet files you should beable to delet it.... i recamend a program called Windows Warsher , it cleans out all your internet junk like caches and temperary files, i get rid of hundreds of MB's daily, also, when deleting it try to close as many processes as you can as they might be using it (like internet exploror) (ctrl + alt + del)

also, when i try and delete it manually it tells me 'cannot read from the source file or disk'

any other ideas?
