Whenever I boot up, a black rectangle shows on the screen called Default Client. I am given a choice yes or no. I always click no and it disappears and the computer functions normally. What is this?

Thanks for getting back to me.
Yes, on the desktop covering my shortcut icons. As soon as I click the "X" or the word "no" imbedded in the black rectangle, it will disappear and everything else is normal.
