okay, so i have IE, mozilla, opera, and firefox. my default is set to mozilla, soooo if i try to open any other browser it forces mozilla to open to the homepage (whatever i set it too, it doesn't matter. on opera it just gives me a blank page) so if i click a bookmark in Internet explorer, whatever that bookmark is opens mozilla with the link instead of internet explorer.

i want each program to work on its own, not one being the boss of everything, i really don't know what triggered this.

i tinkered with file type settings and noticed that mozilla had control over "URL:Hyper Text Transfer Protocol" with "open" settings...but how can i make it so that i can use multiple browsers at the same time?

also if i manually enter a url in IE, mozilla will pop out, or if firefox is default it will pop out instead...its really frustrating

thanks

my mistake, the "URL:Hyper Text Transfer Protocol" was set to firefox, and my whenever i open any html link or url in IE mozilla pops out not firefox so i guess that has nothing to do with that at all, sorry for the mix up
