Ok, I have a lot of music videos on my comp, mpeg, mpeg2, mpeg1, mpeg4 ect.
Most of them work, (using winamp, WMP9 ect) but some videos give me this popup box that says "This is an ISO11172 video bitstream!" and it never plays. Now heres the weird part, all of the videos had worked before I reformated my HD, then this problem came up, I then downloaded Nimo K-lite and another codec pack I cant remember, then the videos start working again. But as of last week same drama, it started giving me that error and I cant figure out why. i know its not my PC hardware becuase they worked before. Ohh, yeah when I can watch the videos in certian programs like WMP clasic and XMEPG but i want them to work in my regular media players.
Thanx Gunnernothing

not a solution to your problem but maybe a little help ... google for a program called g-spot ... open a media file with g-spot and it'll give you detailed info on codec, bitrates, etc. ... maybe you're missing some codecs ... doubtful tho when u can play them in MPC but not WMP ... it's handy to have anyway.
Today's subliminal thought is: 'Calm down ... it's only ones and zeros.'
