Everytime I shutdown, or restart, I get a message saying the program debuglog.log is not responding. Unless I click end now, it wont carry on. I read up that it's a problem with creative audigy cards, so I updated the drivers to the latest, but i'm still having the same problem. Any other solutions?

Call creative and have a tech walk through some stuff with you. I havent ever run into a problem with audigy cards like this before. Format and reinstall everything and after installing a program... reboot and see if you get the log file to hang. There might be a conflict with another program.
