On disc cleanup, what are "debug dump files" and "setup log files"? Are they safe to remove?

Debug dump files should be safe to delete. The setup log files contain info (paths) where files and other data have been install. These files [may] be referred to by the uninstall process when you decide to remove an app. I'm not positive about this though.

Cheers for the "dump files" info: safely removed....not sure what to do with the "setup log files", would removing them effect anything?
