ok heres the deal. i have a dell inspiron 5100 laptop that i bought about 3 months ago, brand new, good computer. i was surfing the net on it this morning when all of the sudden i felt a little shock on my finger which was resting under the laptop, then all of the sudden the screen went black. my instant messenger name from it is still signed on after i checked from a diff. comp., but i can't turn the laptop on or off. none of the lights in the front light up except the battery charge one. i can hear the fan running and it sounds as if it is on, but i cant do anything because of the black screen! what do i do?
