WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I MIX UP DDR WITH MY SDR RAM IN OLD INTEL MOTHER BOARD WITH P3.

If your board supports both types of RAM, you have use one or the other...you can NOT use both. AFAIK, there were very few P3 boards that supported DDR.
