Greetings all! Just some info on the daylight savings time update. Here at one office, almost half of a dozen computers failed to change time this morning. In some cases, for whatever reason the check box "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time" box was not checked off in the system clock. Checking this box fixed the time in those cases.
But in other cases, the time just simply did not change and had to be manually changed, even after verifying that the workstation had SP2 and the Micro$oft DST update was installed.
Goodluck in your computing adverntures.

No issues here either.

If you have had Automatic Updates turned on to install updates automatically in XP you already have KB931836, and it is in the installed updates list for the computer at the Microsoft Update site.
If you didn't have Automatic Updates turned on or if it is turned on but it just notifies you and you haven't installed any in a while, search for KB931836 on the Microsoft site and get the Win XP version.
Either way, the computers will have properly working current time zone DST settings. If you used some other method to edit the time zone DST setttings, such as using TZedit available on the Microsoft site, the time zone DST settings for the the current user, and all the time zone DST settings, are stored in two different places in the registry. To re-set the current time zone DST setting to changed settings, you may need to load the same one again, or load another time zone, then load the one you use again, in order for the current DST settings to be in effect, in Control Panel - Time And Date - Time Zone.

You can audit the installation of the official DST patch using MBSA as well.
