hi all, hey I have a disk that runs just fine, but I want to recover some accidently deleted material from it. I have used getdataback but I dont see the data, is the some other software anyone can reccommend to try to get the stuff back?

Keep in mind that while deleted files are not immediately lost, any use of the system will increase the chance of it being overwritten and lost forever.
The best thing to do is pull the drive and attach it as a slave to a different system.
Do yourself a favor BACKUP!
