D Drive and E Drive Disappeared

What about if your D drive and E drive disappear...
I was uninstalling some games that I had put on (No I did not delete any share files) and when I was finished I went to burn a disk and the program told me there was no drive recognized. It took me a minute but when I looked in "my computer" all I can see are the C drive, and A drive. D & E are gone.
I have those yellow exclamation marks on all my drivers in the device manager...
I've removed them, they do reinstall them, but still with the yellow exclamation marks...
Please help I need to burn some disk for a major project....
