Cut mp3 files from multiple folders

Hi

I'm trying to cut around 2000 mp3 files from multiple folders into one Music folder,so I can run playlist easily and see all the files clearer.

Is there a way to do this without having to go into every folder and cut/paste ?

I've read a few threads but no luck and with my intermediate pc knowledge !

Thanks in advance !

I may not be understanding your question correctly, but it would seem to me you could do a Search for *.mp3 and then from the Results, Cut 'n Paste them to your intended location... but, personally, I would only do it in smaller groups instead of all 2000 in one go.

I use a program called MP3tag. It can sort your music by Genre. You can then use that to create playlists of the same type music. Get it at the link below.
